We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Flat 20% Restocking Fee Friendly Toy Box pays ALL shipping costs, the only thing you pay for (if returned in original condition) is a 20% restocking fee on item price. Simple and Easy.
