Shipping Fees: We offer $5 SHIPPING everywhere in the United States for ALL orders under $25.00. Packages are shipped from Monday to Friday. No additional fees and charges. Delivery Times: The usual time for processing an order is 24 hours (ONE business day), but may vary depending on the availability of products ordered. This period excludes delivery times, which depend on your geographic location. Estimated delivery times: Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Returns and Refunds

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Flat 20% Restocking Fee Friendly Toy Box pays ALL shipping costs, the only thing you pay for (if returned in original condition) is a 20% restocking fee on item price. Simple and Easy.
